We know for most families the decision to spend thousands of dollars on a cargo bike is a big one! That’s why we’ve always focused on providing as much information about our bikes as possible on our website.
But we know sometimes you might just want to chat to someone who already owns a bike about their experience or better still organise a brief test ride to really make sure a Tribe Bike is everything you expect.
We’re excited today to make that a reality, with the launch of the Tribe Bikes Locals program!
What is it an how does it work?
We’ve partnered with some experts in this space. Experify is a platform designed to prospective buyers with real owners of products for honest feedback. With over 50 global brands now represented, we are excited to be the first Australian based brand on the platform!
Experify works as follows:
- A growing number of Tribe Bikes owners have volunteered to be part of the Tribe Bikes Locals Program, you can view their profiles on a map.
- If you would like to reach out to someone to ask them about their experience or to organise a brief test ride you can do so directly from the platform.
- Locals are rewarded for interactions, whether virtual (chat, video) or in person (test rides).
Importantly, Tribe Bikes Locals are not incentivised to sell bikes. We value their honest opinions, and if they tell you they love their bike, its because they really do, not because they are incentivised to make a sale!
