There's nothing worse than thinking you're getting a bargain and then getting to the final stages of checkout and finding shipping that costs almost as much as the item you're buying. We've broken the mould, and have worked hard to secure the best couriers at the lowest prices. Check yours below.

What will delivery cost me?
For some areas of regional Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia, shipping costs can be extremely high or simply unavailable. Please contact us for a quote before ordering if you reside in one of these locations.
How your bike arrives
- Tribe Original, Ricky Rickshaw and Triberoo
- Delivered ready to ride, with nothing to assemble.
- Tribe Evamos
- Delivered in a carton and requires some assembly. We provide all the tools and instructions required. Need some help? Reach out to a mobile bike mechanic to complete the assembly. The general cost of a mobile mechanic is $150.
- Western Australia
- WA orders carry a freight charge like anywhere else. For the Tribe Original, Ricky Rickshaw and Triberoo it covers sending your bike to South Beach Cycles in Fremantle: they build it, and you collect it from them. The Evamos ships direct to your door, since it arrives in a carton for you to assemble either way.
How are Tribe Bikes delivered?
Our bikes are shipped with love and care! What does this mean? Well, we do our best to package our bikes to minimise any chance of damage.
For the Tribe Original, if you live within 100km of our warehouse north of Sydney, it's likely your Tribe Bike will be delivered by one of the team on our ute or trailer. If you live further afield, we'll secure your bike upright on a pallet, wrap it up nice and tight and ship it with one of our preferred couriers.
For the Tribe Evamos, your bike will be delivered in a carton by one of our preferred couriers.
If by the odd chance your bike arrives damaged, we'll express post you any damaged parts and arrange for a mobile bike mechanic (when one is available in your area) to install them free of charge at a time that is convenient to you.
How long does delivery take?
For the Tribe Original, once you place your order our team of mechanics will start building your bike. Once complete we'll arrange a courier to deliver your bike. The courier company will contact you to arrange a delivery date. You should allow 2-3 weeks from ordering for your bike to arrive at your door.
For the Tribe Evamos, orders are generally dispatched in 3-5 working days.
