The best bike ever !
3 months in. And I can confidently say that I love my cargo bike. I use it daily for school and daycare drop off and pick up. 2 kids at about 60kg. We live in a suburb with quite a steep hill. I wasn't confident having the 2 kids at the same time. But what a powerful bike ! We have been loving riding our 25km " adventure ride" every Sunday . I definitely recommend to family with big kids.

Great car replacement for our young family
This is the perfect car replacement for our family, with two kids under 3 years old. We picked Tribe Bikes because it felt like the safest bicycle option on the market for little kids. And we needed something that could fit the kids' bicycles, scooters, daycare bags, beach toys etc. There's plenty of room for everything to fit, and even another child or two if we wanted! We use it nearly every day to get around town and to the beach. Our toddler can climb in by himself too which makes life easy! And the electric assist means you don't need to sweat every time you go somewhere. Overall we're super happy with our Tribe Bike. It's cut down our car trips massively, and means we can go further each day with the kids and stay out longer because you can pack everything you need into it. I'd recommend it to any family!

Great bike and even better customer service!
Both me and I daughter just love this bike! It has become our daily driver for all of our errands and school drop offs/pick ups. It handles beautifly, and has plenty of power for the steep hills that we have in our neighborhood. And the customer service has been absoolutely stellar, from the bike delivery to adressing a few questions I had to correcting a couple of minor issues with the bike. Absolutely recomend the bike and the Tribe as a company. Two thumbs up!!

Want to relive your childhood
Hello I am 64 and have had 10 major operations that have pretty much shut down my very active life. ENTER: NICK AND STEVE: I talked to them about the cargo trike a lot and they were excellent with quick replies about everything and great advice about what sort of motor I needed. THE ORDER: The bike arrived in Cairns far north queensland in 5 days it was packed excellant with heavy duty tie down straps and very well wrapped. Unpacking it I found it was fully assembled and ready to go. THE TRIKE: I had a very high expectation of the trike after extensive research but I was wrong this trike was at least 3 times better than I thought and every time my blue heeler and I ride it we are filled with joy and happyness. PERFORMANCE: The trike has such good wheel bearings we roll on a slight decline for up to 1km its unbelieveable and the gears and power control are so smooth when riding the paths there are many steep rises but the power control which ranges from 1 to 5 and is a micro second change takes away any pressure on my artificial knees wich is a absolute joy life is good again. Mighty Gigantor. .. .. Our Tribe Evamos.
My two boys who are big lads at 4 and 5 years of age and myself were in line for the new upgraded Tribe Evamos with the extra torque BUT took advantage of the sale and purchased the old Evamos with the M400 and although as humans we always want more bigger better etc. this has been a mighty solid decision. We are very experienced cargo bikers having done 1000s of Km's on a really long 26-inch wheel Haz-e which I now use as my work bike for carting loads between the warehouse and dispatch/office , I pulled the trigger on the lower torque model as in my mind I knew the original reason I contacted the Tribe team was the mullet wheel set up for a less tippy ride with my over confidant growing lads and the shorter footprint so I do not upset anyone on the trains and can haul it behind a vehicle on a rack to do the rail trails and it is perfect, hopefully over reaction and lack of understanding does not have us banned from the trains as this would truly give me a case of the runs. Truely life changing - 10/10
My wife and I purchased one of the cargo bikes for our growing family and we genuinely couldn’t be happier. Our 11month old LOVES the bike, as do her cousins. Service - the team was fantastic, quickly answering all of our questions and were a real pleasure to talk to. Bike itself - fantastic, really easy to set up, ride, and customise seating arrangements for different trips or riders. The five levels power assist is terrific and combined with the gears, we are yet to meet a hill we couldn’t tackle. On the flat we’ve been keeping it at level 3 out of 5 assist and that seems to work really well. Really easy to get used to riding the three wheeler and stability features the team have set up work a treat. Extras - we went all out in the extras bundle and would highly recommed it to get the most out of the bike. Especially the sun and rain cover, super easy to put on and off and adjust the angle of the sun shade. Really increases the flexibility of wheb we go out. Range - at this point the only limitation on range is our daughter’s patience. Haven’t really pushed it beyond 15kms yet but so far we haven’t come close to running the battery down in a generally flat area with a few hills.

Beats driving!
I live in Geelong which is very much a car dominated city. The school pick and drop off is an absolute nightmare, but not with our Tribe Raha! We're solidly a one car family and the Tribe Raha provides the flexibility for shopping, school drop off/pick up, and commuting when my partner or myself needs the car. The range is on-point and setup is easy - highly recommend the basket which provides at least 2-3 bags of groceries with no fuss. Wonderful bike for the whole family
The Tribe Evamos Longtail is such a brilliant bike. It looks great, is easy and safe to ride, and my 5 year old is always so excited to go on it. The gears and battery are simple and easy to use, my son gets himself in and out of his seat by himself using the wooden step, no problem at all. It's a very happy bike and people will always stop to ask about it or give a compliment on how lovely the bike looks to ride, not to mention its bright and happy colour! . .. .. Best thing we've done! Wish we had got one sooner! We had been to test ride a few cargo bikes and just didn't feel confident with some of the other ones out there, not to mention the prices of some of them! We decided on the Tribe Original Trike because of the safety aspect and the ability to easily hear our kids when they've noticed something on our ride. The rain and shade covers are great at keeping them covered and protected. Our kids absolutely love it! Exploring is so easy and fun! They are so keen to get out of the house especially if we're taking the bike. The fact that they can easily and safely climb in on their own (1.5 years old and 3 years old). Would definitely recommend. If your thinking about getting a cargo bike, go with Tribe! The team were so friendly and helpful with the purchase.

Bought this cargo bike 12 months ago. This bike was my only exercise for a period of time post-partum. No sweating - just increase the battery use if you are working too hard. Accidentally damaged it before I’d time to watch the instructions and a replacement piece was sent straight away, free of charge. I thought I’d enjoy going on weekend family adventures with this bike but having used it for a year the joy is in replacing the car for routine trips to supermarket, daycare and school bus pick ups. Bought the baby seat and it’s great. Baby prefers it to car for short commuter trips. Thought 10 year old would be too big but she loves to ride in it. We end up carrying a fair bit of kit just to manage the need for helmets, rain protection, coats, change of tyre etc. If you can possibly replace some of your kiddie daily commute with this bike then get it early and make the most of it. It appears that it holds its value second hand so there’s not much risk. You will attract a lot of attention and it’s a good conversation starter!!!! Family tribe fun
We purchased the tribe Evamos as our 5 year-old had outgrown our current bike. We have been riding together as a family from a younger age so we wanted to keep this up. We now have a newbien so we decided the Tribe Eos could also take the baby seat on the back for when we went for family outings. In lieu of an electric car
I live in Ballarat - cold, rainy and hilly. TBH, I thought this cargo bike would not be as good as it is. I have a rain cover for the kids, raincoat for me and we have stopped driving the car at all. I’m big and unfit and I manage the hills in Ballarat fine on this. I can do the weekly shopping and ride 5km into town to collect the kids from school every day. The kids weigh a combined 80kg and it’s no problem. 100% recommend.

Life changing - should have bought it sooner

We had a Babboe Big and paid “big money” for the bike, accessories and delivery and this wasn’t even to our actual address, the collection was still 2 hours away. We have since to return our practically new Babboe in the wake of the safety recall, and still cart two little ones around. We discovered Tribe and decided to go with their make. We have been unbelievably happy with their product, the way it was packed and delivered promptly to our door, and Nick and Steve have been reliable, empathic, helpful, easy to contact and friendly to deal with the entire time. We got our new bike within a week or so, and it’s made a big difference and we feel the price range is more accessible. Fabulous Customer Service with fantastic bikes
Tribe Bikes were so helpful and friendly, they gave me exactly what I needed. Delivery of fully assembled bike was on time and came with a personal run through. Highly recommend this company and their amazing Raha bike. After owning a first generation secondhand E-bike, the RAHA has blown my mind. It is so safe when transporting my 2 year old grandson around, can carry so much in the basket, so easy to use, so stable, the front wheel turns independently of the basket to avoid toppling over, with the cycle assist I did not even raise a sweat up. I love how light it is compared to my old bike and it takes up a lot less room. The child seat pops off so easily and the second basket clicks in quickly for grocery runs. Everything has been thought of in the design of this bike, with safety and comfort an obvious priority. This bike is an absolute game changer.

Practical, fun and very cool
Three weeks riding now and all seems fantastic! Living in the NT it is HOT! The Raha makes getting the little one to daycare and then myself to work no sweat. My partner and I can both use the bike comfortably with just a seat height adjustment. Most importantly our 2 year old love love loves the bike. It has made getting out of the house on those tricky mornings that little bit easier, as our little one wants to get on THEIR red bike. Our Tribe Bikes Raha arrived very quickly, and was not too much fuss to assemble. The instructions were adequate, although there were a few leaps of faith (so perhaps they could be reviewed). The only maintenance required so far being to index the shifting (which is normal as the new chain stretches). The riding experience is stable and the big front wheel gives some cushion over the bumps. Lots of four corner jacks and other spiky things where we live, and so far no issues with punctures. I added some goo to my inner tubes for added confidence. The bike has plenty of power and from our experience, on mostly flat terrain, we are easily getting the advertised 40km range with the assist setting on between level 3 and 5. I order my new Raha bike about 4 weeks ago, with it arriving to my door a week later. Along with my neighbours assistance, we had it assembled (following the online video) in an evening. We have had a fantastic time over the past few weeks riding around; we did a 18km ride out for a beach day out, have been commuting to and from school almost daily, and to local appointments. Already up to 190km in a short time: I am so happy with this purchase! Have to comment in amazing customer service as well: the original front rack that was sent put didn't fit properly, and a replacement was sent out at no additional charge after I sent a quick email to the support staff. With the basket attached it has become perfect for carrying back packs and groceries. We chose to live in the area we do as almost everything we need is within 10km, and as we want to reduce our carbon footprint, we prefer to operate as a single vehicle household. This investment means that we can continue to try to be sustainable, and all the while teaching our kids the importance of physical activity and enjoying the outdoors. This bike has truly changed our lives. I now use this for most trips less than 5km including pre school runs and weekend niggles…kids go nuts for it and my new problem is getting them in the car when required! I was unsure the baby would like sitting behind me but she loves it. We live in an area with lots of hills and I’m surprised at how easily it handles them. I’ve only charged the battery a few times in a month. Performance is great. Couldn’t recommend this any more for those with kids!!

Tribe Evamos - very fun
I have had the tribe evamos for a few weeks now. I love the colour (coral) and style and am finding the experience of riding my two kids (2&4) around very freeing. I was surprised how quickly I became comfortable manoeuvring such a beast and how easy it has become to swap out the car for it. I predict I’ve saved $50 or so in petrol already (not the reason I purchased but definitely a bonus). In terms of quality, I don’t know a lot about bikes but I test rode three other cargo e-bikes and they didn’t feel as good as the evamos. Very happy with this lifestyle purchase.

There aren’t enough words to detail this purchase. We moved into Torquay recently and it’s been a game changer. It fits our young son and wife and puppy in the box and as a family we can go out and about. With the 6 speed gearbox and the 8 speed bike. Even some steep hills are no problem. Family rides are now possible!!
We are thrilled with our new Tribe Cargo Bike. I contacted Steve to discuss the needs of our family and our 17 year old son with disabilities. Steve was extremely helpful in answering all of my inquires. This bike has allowed our family to now go on rides together, something we have never been able to do before. We modified the seating making it wider for our tall son who is 6 feet. Our son absolutely loves his bike and enjoys a daily adventure, or two, around our local parks and beach pathways. WE LOVE OUR TRIBE BIKE
This is one of the best things we have brought. It is so easy to ride (we test rode other box bikes, and this one is so much easier). It fits my three small kids and all their things. BEST INVESTMENT EVER!
We absolutely LOVE our tribe bike! We are an active, outdoors and beach-loving family of 4 living in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, with a 3.5 year old daughter, and 18month old son. We are so fortunate to live where we do as there are so many great parks, beaches and spots to experience around us, which are family friendly and great for the kids. But they are just that little bit too far to walk with 2 kids and prams (which they get very ancy in), let alone beach toys, swimming gear, picnic mats etc etc. .. .so we ended up driving these short distances quite often which wasn't only bad due to sitting more than we would like, but its also becoming increasingly busy around Palm Beach so finding parks was often a challenge, especially on a sunny day! So getting the tribe bike has been an absolute GAME CHANGER for us! We bike EVERYWHERE now, we drop them to daycare and pick them up in it, we do all of our park/beach/activity sessions in it, my husband even bikes with me (36 years old and about 57kg) and the 2 kids in it to the RSL on Sundays! Rides perfectly haha. We only really use the car for much longer trips now, which is far better suited to our lifestyle. And the kids also squeal

Love our family bike!
We are using our tribe bike with 3 young kids (1 in the infant seat) and we all absolutely love it. The steering of a 3 wheel bike is a little different to a normal 2 wheeler - so it took a couple of rides to get used to, but it now feels really natural to ride and I can't fault it at all. Delivery was very quick and the bike/battery power has been super easy to use. We went with the super powered electric for our hilly location and it's been a breeze to ride full of kids, library books & groceries. We love our tribe bike and I'd recommend it to anyone. One of the best things we’ve done as a family
We have contemplated for awhile purchasing a cargo bike and having looked at numerous options settled on the Tribe bike for value for money, load carrying capacity, the sun and rain covers and components. The bike was delivered promptly and we haven’t looked back. We use it for our daily school drop off. About 10ks - the boys (6&9) sit up front, listening to an audio book while we make the 30min journey. They love it. It’s the highlight of their day and mine, they are very reluctant to being in the car now. It’s a great time for me to chat to them about their day. We make lots of observations about what we see on the way to and from school. We’ve committed to going rail, hail or shine and so far they’ve stayed dry with two significant rain events. I continue on my ride to work, which includes some significant hills, if you know the roads around Buderim, Qld, you’ll know these are pretty steep and the bike handles them well. It is a different style of riding and it’s worth test riding one before you buy to ensure you like it. However, for us, the bike has all but replaced the car for the school and sports trips, picking up the shopping, visiting friends, pretty much everything.

I bought a Tribe Evamos to replace my car (deceased) for all the short, around town trips with two kids. Best decision ever. The ordering process was fast and easy, delivery time was fast, setup was straightforward and riding. .. My goodness, riding this thing is amazing! I am Very Small at 155cm and I can ride it with the seatpost at the lowest position. The bike weighs as much as me with all the accessories, but I don't notice it with the help of the e-assist. My house is on a hill and I have no trouble getting going and up the hill. The kids love going for rides on our orange beast. We get lots of smiles, waves and where do I get one of THOSE? comments. Love it!
We bought the Tribe Bike to explore our new home in Lake Macquarie with the kids and love it. The bike is easy to use, the cargo box has plenty of space and the bike is lots of fun. Took a bit to get used to the feel of turning, but now we are off and racing around the lake almost every day. The electric motor is great to help get back up the hill to our house and the hydraulic brakes provide confidence in stopping power. The bike has been a real conversation starter too with lots of people taking time to check it out or commenting on it. The team at Tribe were great and were able to get the bike to me quickly and even provided a quick tutorial on the bike. Thanks Tribe!

Though I would like to know what I can do to improve the seatbelt function to ensure they fit snug, i cross it over at the back but then have to cross it over at the front then have to twist it 180 degrees to click it into the seat belt lock. Fantastic all around! Ditch the car today.
We have had our bike for a few weeks now and I have to say it has been fantastic! No trouble at all loading up two small kids and heading down to the shops for groceries, or loading up a picnic and heading down to the park. The steepest of hills are a breeze with the mid drive electric model even loaded up with groceries and kids. Highly recommend anyone considering getting a cargo bike to buy a tribe bike!

Evamos Happiness
The Evamos is a great bike. I can't fault the quality, the ride is comfortable and suits a range of heights. It easily fits 2-3 kids on the back, and another toddler on the front with a Yepp Mini. There is enough power to haul kids up a moderate hill at 20 km/hr, and up very steep hills at about 10 km/hr. Battery life is good, 40 km range seems realistic with kids onboard. The large front basket is a must, and the quick release system surprisingly useful. A front rack that mounts to the frame and not the steering would be an improvement, which apparently is on the way. I was tossing up between this or a front box bike, worried about being able to chat to the kids behind me, but it's not really a problem unless it's windy. I'd recommend it for anyone who likes to live locally. The kids love it and life is better on a bike.

Great bike but not the best for the elderly
As far the construction and build of the bike it is excellent. However, the turning circle is not good at all and makes it difficult to steer into tighter spaces. The balance of the bike is unstable on any slight turn and any turn at any speed. Even though I am an 83 year old man, my 49 year old son rode it and agrees it’s quite dangerous if one had to turn quickly at any relative speed in case of an emergency. I am now thinking of selling it as it’s not safe for me. If you can find a local buyer for it for me that would be great. I’m on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Had bike for a few weeks now and it’s awesome! I can squeeze 3 kids on it. Vacant motor is responsive and and has power when you needed. Overal build quality is excellent. Couldn’t be happier. And for considerably less than Yuba and Benno equivalent. I have ridden them all and really rate the bafang motor compared to Bosch. The only addition I would Hussey is a chain tensioner. It’s a long chain!

Best decision ever
We are really happy with the bike (longtail), and so are the kids. Since we received our bike we use it every single day and it made our life instantly easier and funnier. We have done about 200km now and the bike itself is sturdy and easy to maneuver, the brakes are strong and the motor has plenty of power. I also believe that the autonomy of the battery is over 40km. I am a big guy and she is much smaller but the bike works for both of us. The big plus also comes from the team, all our questions were answered almost instantly, real VIP service. We made a mistake with the order and forgot some accessories, those were rapidly sent to us with free shipping (and we did not even have to ask for the free shipping !)

Our Tribe bike has been so much fun! As a family with a baby and small dog we’ve been able to enjoy getting about in our local area regardless of the weather. I cannot express how much I loathe getting two kids in and out of the car, and I have barely had to do so since we got our bike - life changing!! It feels so good to zip around the place - day care drop offs, quick shops (can park right outside and leave the kids in the bike most of the time!!) and fun family adventures. We absolutely love our bike! After a few test rides we got the hang of it and now it’s like riding any of our other bikes. We got the electric plus as we have a few bills around our area. The perfect addition to our days.
I researched and researched before I decided on Tribe Bikes for the latest edition to our wheeled family. Wanting something environmentally friendly, safe, affordable (and aesthetically pleasing) going with Tribe Bikes was the the obvious choice. The bike arrived in good time, with great communication the whole way and after a few wobbly learning rides I am happy to report it has become my favourite way to transport my kids around town. It’s a sustainable alternative to driving but also a kid friendly alternative, there a big complaints when it comes to the car these days. The bike feels solid to ride, the battery set to a low level (where this fraidy cat always has it set) is a perfect little nudge up those hills without feeling overwhelmed by speed. The biggest win for me is the chance to get out of the house with my little ones and not only enjoy the commute but look forward to it. With the breeze in our (helmeted) hair we sing songs, chat and point out every tree. People stop and say hello and it has such a better feel of community than speeding about in the car. Thanks for giving our day this extra bit of exercise and enchantment.

We have been riding our tribe bike everywhere. I live in a hilly area and the electric assist works great to get up steep hills. The best thing to exist since pizza!
I can literally type for hours about how happy we are about the purchase of our Tribe Bike! Having 3 kids under the age of 4 and a doggo, it’s a bit tricky to do physical family activities without it becoming super stressful. The Tribe Bike has literally changed our lives! On week days I take the kids to new parks or beaches and on weekends my husband is able to join then we go on long distant adventures. Love this new family activity that has ever changing routes and leaves so much room for exploring. We have spent time on our bike every single day since we have got it, whether it’s a quick trip to the shops or an entire day trip, we cannot get off it. The brightest bit of lockdown
We have been loving our bike, it has yet to go more than 24 hours without being used. The bike itself is fun and easy to get the hang of and far more nimble than I anticipated. The battery lasts us a full day of riding and the cargo area holds all the things we need for a fun adventure. We live in a hilly area and I have yet to feel like any hill is unachievable, even when the bike is fully loaded. I am 160 cm and my husband is 193 cm, we both find we can ride comfortably with a very quick adjustment. The rain cover and other accessories work well. We tested the bike in pouring rain and the kids didn’t get a drop of water on them. I would add a cup holder rather than a net for a coffee and then you’d be completely set. But the real point of difference is the customer service. The team helped straight away with any questions or newby concerns which was so reassuring as I got used to riding with my three little ones. Your kids will feel like they are in a parade waving to all that are out and you’ll beat any lockdown blues when you’re grinning from ear to ear as you ride along. Completely worth the investment.

Best bike ever!
We recently bought a Tribe Bike (a little impulse buy during sydney lockdown) and it has been FANTASIC, the kids love it, we love it. We use it ever single day. Very well built, super comfy and soo much space for kids and cargo. Also feels very safe for 2 toddlers with the seat belt set up.

Great Value, Great Fun!
Wonderful customer service and very pleased with purchase. Would highly recommend the electric version, having tried both (it’s not the lightest or nimblest of machines!) Loads of room for kids and shopping. Battery lasts an age and makes a breeze of hills. Kids absolutely love it, even the fully grown teenager! Can imagine many happy years of riding ahead. A most amazing machine
We needed a bike that we could put our adult disabled daughter on and go for family rides as she is no longer able to ride her own bike. We looked everywhere with overseas models being just too expensive. Then we found Tribe Bikes. She is able to sit in the front with easy and we got the front door put on to assist her getting in. Yes its very well built, an excellent product and the customer service amazing but for us the ability to get the whole family back out riding and enjoying the outdoors is priceless. We love our tribe bike!
Absolutely in love with our tribe bike. With 3 little ones under 4 (3 year old and 21 month old twins), this bike has opened up a whole lot of new adventures for us all to enjoy together! We have had so much fun already cruising the beaches and even to a car show/ festival. The little ones are just happy to sit up front and cruise around. I love my tribe bike. I love how we can fit so much in the bucket and ride to the beach or drop off for school. I love the sunshade and rain cover feature. The ride is comfortable and you quickly get use to the three wheels. Highly recommend it!

Family Fun!
We got this bike to commute our 3 small kids to and from childcare, but have found it great for weekend outings and hours of family fun. The bike is a smooth and sturdy ride, the kids love being in there, and it’s super spacious for all our bags and other belongings. The rain cover is handy to keep rain (and wind) away from the kids, and they’ve even enjoyed many a babycino from the comfort of their tribe bike! The guys were so helpful with communication and our specific delivery requests, top notch service from a small Aussie company. This bike is much loved in this household, would 100% recommend.

Keeps getting better
I recently got my tribe bike, and everything was great, except I struggled to get my dogs in and out of it. I checked on the website to see if I could email for some advice, and voila, they've designed a door! The product is excellent, but they also listen to their customers to keep improving!

Love it!!
The whole family loves our Tribe Bike. We couldn’t imagine life without one now! It’s opened up the whole neighbourhood to us, and the kids love trying to spot animals on the way to a playground or the cafe. Even my wife, who’s not a cyclist, is a huge fan and loves being out and about on our Tribe Bike. I’d say it’s the best purchase we’ve made in years! Service has been terrific to boot!

Fantastic service and bike
Our bike was delivered to the house a couple of weeks ago and we have been out on it every day. Takes a minute to get used to riding a cargo bike but it’s second nature quickly. Whether it’s to the shop, beach or kindy drop off its our go to over the car. Our daughter loves riding up front and we feel safe out on the roads. Having a Tribe bike has definitely enhanced the valuable family time. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent.

This bike is our life!!
We’ve had our tribe bike for a few weeks now. . We have managed to ride it everyday except for 2 days, sometimes 2x a day. It’s been a godsend for us as we have 4 children under 5!! The bike serves multiple Purposes for us; so convenient as we are already walking distances from the local shops, beach and daycare. It’s easier to get into the bike then all the car seats. The other thing is it means Mum gets some exercise while enjoying time with kids. There is no way I would have got a chance to use a treadmill at home let alone go gym or walk without the tribe bike. I couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone with small kids looking for something fun, convenient and honestly it’s a lifestyle change for us.
